The Gravesend Railway Enthusiasts Society (GRES) is delighted to invite you to our Model Club Open Day on Saturday, 18th October 2025, at Higham Memorial Hall. Doors open from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
This family-friendly event offers something for everyone, whether you’re a keen railway modeller or simply curious to learn more:

Windmill Hill – A hands-on layout where children and adults alike can try their hand at operating a model train.

GRES Sales Stand – Browse and pick up a bargain from our range of pre-loved model railway items.

Layouts in Action – See members operating and working on a variety of layouts.

Demonstrations – Watch and learn new modelling techniques from experienced club members.
