We’re delighted to share some fantastic news with all our members, supporters, and exhibitors. After a period of uncertainty, GRES is pleased to confirm that our 2026 Exhibition now has a venue booked and preparations are officially underway.

This year’s show will take place on: Saturday 24th October 2026

Please note the change of venue:

📍 St George’s Church Hall, Church Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA11 0DJ

A Different Format for 2026

For the first time in many years, the exhibition will run as a one‑day event rather than our traditional two‑day format. In addition, the hall we have secured is smaller than our usual venue, which means we are planning a more compact but high‑quality selection of layouts and traders.

We see this as a great opportunity to showcase a wider variety of small and medium‑sized layouts, including those that may not normally fit into our larger multi‑day shows.

Exhibitors will still have full access for setup on the Friday, but there will be no Sunday opening this year.

Indoor and Outdoor Spaces Available

Alongside the main hall, we also have access to a courtyard area, which opens up possibilities for:

Garden railway displays
Portable outdoor layouts
Demonstrations or interactive exhibits
Compact layouts that benefit from natural light or open space

If you have a layout — indoor or outdoor — that you feel would be suitable for this year’s exhibition, we would love to hear from you.
