Following the success of our Gravesend Model Railway Show in November 2025, we’d like to begin by saying a huge thank you to everyone who attended, exhibited, and supported us. The weekend was a fantastic celebration of railway modelling, and we were thrilled with the turnout and feedback.
However, as we look ahead to November 2026, it’s important to let everyone know that the exhibition will NOT be taking place at the same venue as last year (2025).
Due to planned building works at the current site, the availability of the space can no longer be guaranteed. Unfortunately, this means we now need to find a new venue to host our 2026 exhibition.
Help us find a new venue:
We are actively searching for a venue that can accommodate an event of our size and requirements. Ideally, the venue will:

Have a large exhibition hall suitable for layouts, traders, and displays

Allow access for setup on Friday 6th November 2026

Be open to the public on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th November 2026

Have a large car park for visitors and exhibitors

Offer on-site or nearby catering facilities
We appreciate that many halls in the local area may be too small, but if you know of any larger venues such as leisure centres, sports halls, schools, or community spaces that might be suitable, we would love to hear from you.
