The Gravesend Railway Enthusiasts Society

Welcome to the web site of the Gravesend Railway Enthusiasts Society (GRES). We are a group of people with an interest in railways in particular, however many of us also share an enthusiasm for other forms of transport such as shipping, aircraft, buses and trams.

This year we celebrate 40 years since our societies foundation. To mark the occasion we will be having some special events, so keep looking at our Society Events page for details.  

Although we have no modelling facilities, this remains very much an interest of many of our members, some of whom  exhibit at the various railway modelling shows throughout the South East of England.
